​Today, we have a whopper of a story to share from our beloved Finn Bay Lodge. Then, the tug on the line, the adrenaline surge, the battle between man and fish. After an intense struggle, reeling in a staggering 36-pound Spring Salmon, a true goliath of the sea. Yes, you read that right - a 36-pounder!

This fantastic catch belongs to one of our guests who recently visited us at Finn Bay Lodge. A stunning Spring Salmon, also known as Chinook, that gave our guest a thrilling run for his money. This battle was a test of endurance, but ultimately the angler's skill prevailed, landing this magnificent fish.
